IMC Resort Services, Inc. is locally owned and operated, professional association management company serving Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, SC since 1998. We provide residential and commercial association management as well as maintenance services to our clients.  As one of the largest association management companies in the area, we are fully staffed to handle all your needs.

Late in 2009, IMC Resort Services, Inc. became an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC).  Seven (7) of our managers have achieved their designation as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), two (2) managers have achieved the designation of Association Management Specialist (AMS) and one (1) manager has achieved the designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).  Visit www.CAIOnline.org for more information on these designations and reasons why your association should be managed by an Accredited Association Management Company.

To make a payment online through SmartStreet, please click on PROPERTIES at the very top of this page.  You will be given two options, Hilton Head properties and Bluffton properties, select the one in which your community is located.  You will then be taken to a page that lists the properties in that location.  Click on your specific community.  You will notice a link for SmartStreet, click on it to begin setting up your payment.
