IMC Resort Services, Inc. is a locally owned and operated, professional association management company serving Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, SC since 1998. We provide residential and commercial association management as well as maintenance services to our clients. Late in 2009, IMC Resort Services, Inc. became an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC). Ten (10) of our managers have achieved their designation as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), six (6) managers have achieved the designation of Association Management Specialist (AMS), one (1) has achieved the designation of Community Insurance & Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS), and one (1) manager has achieved the designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). After Hours Emergencies
IMC Resort Services, Inc. provides for a manager to be on call after business hours. If you have an after hours emergency (after 4 p.m., during a holiday or on a weekend), please call 843-785-4775. Follow the instructions in the outgoing message. Please do not call your manager directly in an emergency situation as they may not respond as quickly as the on call manager does.
Please be aware, if your call is not of an emergency nature (question about your account, request for property information, parking request, unable to access an amenity, etc.) please refrain from calling the manager on call. You may leave a message in the general voice mail and your call will be returned during the next business day.
This service is for emergencies only. If your call is not an emergency, you will be billed for the service.
