July 5, 2011 - Dollar Per Door Campaign - Please take time to read the most recent Call to Action, share it with your Community Leaders and ask them to support this effort with just $1 for each parcel or unit in your community this year, and then build the contribution into their Association’s Annual Budget.

Through the years, the CAI South Carolina Legislative Action Committee (SC-LAC) has been able to rally support to defeat onerous legislation and supports good legislation and ideas . Without such efforts Community Associations would presently be saddled with a $10/door registration fee and strict limits on the ability to create and enforce architectural controls and other beneficial rules and regulations.

June 8, 2011 - We are proud to Announce that A. J. Bucko, Trish Elliott and Bryan Dorshimer have attained the CAI Designation of AMS - Association Management Specialist.  This designation comes from their dedication to the industry and continuing education.  Congratuations, Trish, A.J. and Bryan.

May 9, 2011 - Craig and Jaime Fenstermaker recently attended the 2011 CAI National Conference held in Boca Raton, FL from May 3, through May 7, 2011.  Attendees included managers, vendors and executives in our industry from around the United States and the globe.  Craig attended classes as the President Elect of the SC Chapter of CAI.  Jaime attended numerous continuing education and industry update sessions.  In addition, much information on technology, banking and other vendor updates was attained at the trade show exposition portion of the conference.
