Craig Fenstermaker

Craig joined IMC Resort Services, Inc. in January, 2001.

Originally hailing from Northampton, Pennsylvania, Craig graduated from Northampton Senior High School in 1995 and was a member of the Northampton High School National Championship Wrestling Team.  Craig continued his academic and wrestling careers at the University of Virginia, in Charlottesville, Virginia.  Craig added to his wrestling honors with an ACC championship during his tenure at Virginia.  In addition, he earned both a Bachelors Degree in Economics and a Masters Degree in Education from the University.

Prior to joining IMC, Craig gained insight into the business world through experience with Metlife Financial Services in Tysons Corner, VA.  Craig currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at IMC, which entails directing the maintenance division, assisting with the supervision of the Property Management staff, overseeing Capital/Special projects, management of association insurance policies, claims, and service, Human Resources, as well as assisting in budgeting, cash flow, and long term planning.
