Jo Flint

Jo has been a resident of the Hilton head area since April 1993.  In addition to a background in Fitness and Recreation Management, she also brings several years of field supervision and crew leadership with her to IMC after working several years with one of the largest pool companies on the southeast coast.  She has been employed with IMC Resort Services since January 2004, initially as the receptionist at the main office and beginning later in 2004 as the on-site property manager for Broad Creek Landing, HPR.

Although she enjoys landscape gardening and water gardens as a hobby, Jo is very much an aquarium enthusiast enjoying both fresh and salt water fish at home.  Jo loves all types of music but confesses she has been a Parrothead (that’s a Jimmy Buffett fan to the rest of the world) for almost 30 years. 

Jo’s favorite thought regarding work is simple:  “If it’s not fun, don’t do it.  Life is too short.”
