Melissa Fenstermaker

Melissa joined IMC Resort Services, Inc. in July, 2001.

Originally hailing from Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, Melissa has been a resident of Hilton Head Island since 1992.  A Speech Communications major and graduate of Penn State University, Melissa also began work toward a Masters Degree in Library Science at the University of Pittsburgh.  

Melissa brings outstanding customer service experience to IMC.  Melissa first became involved with the company in 1999 as a part-time administrative assistant.  In July of 2001, she enthusiastically accepted the challenge of becoming the Customer Service representative for IMC.

As IMC’s office manager, Melissa oversees the administration department that is responsible for preparing and coordinating mailings to property owners, working with Board members to produce newsletters, maintaining the office computer network, office equipment and updating this website.  Melissa also attends Board and Annual Homeowner meetings to record the meetings.
