Ron Fenstermaker

Ron founded IMC Resort Services, Inc. in August, 1998.

Originally from Northampton, Pennsylvania, Ron has a strong background in accounting, management and industrial construction.  Ron was the Vice President and Managing Partner of East Penn Mechanical, an industrial mechanical contracting company.  The success of this business allowed Ron, at age 36, to sell his interest in the company and take a hiatus from the business world.  He chose to devote his time and energies to raising his two children and donating his time to their interests.  Ron also chose to further his own education and in 1992, graduated Magna Cum Laude from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education.

Upon relocating to Hilton Head Island several years ago, Ron served as the Board Treasurer of the first condominium association in which he resided.  This experience provided him with an awareness of the need for better property management and he set out to create that company.  As the current CEO and President of IMC Resort Services, Inc., he oversees the finances and day to day operations and activities of over 42 Hilton Head Island and Bluffton residential and commercial communities.
