February 27, 2010 - As of the end of February, the new roofing has been completed on buildings 1, 2, & 3.  Buildings 4 & 5 will be completed by the middle or end of March before the busy season begins.
 
Hardware cloth is being added to the attic vents to critter proof our villas via the attics.   It will be up to each villa owner to deal with any other rodents/critters that get into the villa through openings elsewhere...cracks in floors, dryer vents, doors, etc.
    
The pool house is also sporting a new roof.  The pool officially opens April 1st.  Just hope the weather cooperates & warms up.  The pool deck & chairs will be power washed before the opening date.  Much needed stronger pool gates will be installed, also.  Everything is looking very good.
