• Long-distance Numbers now work to buzz guests into the plantation. 

• ALL MAILBOX STANDS have been painted by an outside vendor and they look great!  If your mailbox is rusting, please replace it with a new one or at least paint it black.  Please contact A. J. if you need assistance in purchasing a new one. His contact information is located on the Crosswind, POA main page.

• EMAIL ADDRESSES NEEDED!!!! If management does not have your correct email address, please provide it to A. J. Bucko (POA manager). Most POA communiction will come via email (in a cost and time-saving effort), so it is very important that we have yours.

• ARB
  • The home being built on Lot 33 is nearing completion.
  • Plans to build a home on Lot 9 have been approved by the ARB.  The owners should be breaking ground very soon.

• Community Yard Sale
  • When:  Saturday, March 12, 2011
  • Time: 8:00 a.m. - Noon
  • Gates will be open and it will be advertised
  • Be a part of it and say, "HI!" to your neighbors.

• 2011 Pool Season
  • The 2011 pool season is almost here!  The Crosswinds, POA pool will open on April 1, 2011 and close on October 31, 2011.  Dig out those swimsuits!

• Future Projects Being Discussed, include:
  • Front Entrance Upgrade
  • Dock Expansion
  • Tree removal / trimming (done annually)
  • Secondary pathway to the dock
