November 21, 2011 - The roofing project is complete! Thank you all for your patience and cooperation throughout the past two years.
September 23, 2011 - The 2010 Association Audit is complete. If you would like to obtain a copy via email, please contact Melissa Fenstermaker (Melissa@IMCResortServices.com). Please include your villa number in the subject field and let her know you'd like to receive a copy via email.
June 30, 2011 - The roofing project is progressing on schedule. Building 22 is about half way done with a completion date of July 11, weather permitting. After the roofers are done we will paint, gutters and down spouts installed then awnings hung.
Building 23, units 264-271, is scheduled to start on July 12. Notices will be posted about delivery of the roofing material in the near future."
June 21, 2011 - DUE TO THE HIGH HEAT INDICIES THE ROOFERS WILL BE STARTING EARLIER THAN NORMAL.
THEY PLAN ON BEING ON SITE BETWEEN 6 AM AND 6:30 AM AND STARTING WORK AROUND 7 AM.
THIS WILL BE FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS.

June 14, 2011 Roofing Update -
Building 21 to be completed on Wednesday June 15, 2011. Building 22, units 249-256, will be started on Thursday June 16, 2011. The awnings will be taken down on Wednesday, June 15, 2011.
2011 Annual Meeting - The Board has booked the Shipyard Beach Club for Saturday, November 12, 2011. You will be receiving information about the annual meeting later in the year.
