Evian enjoys plenty of amenities from 6 tennis courts (four of them lighted), 44 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, golf views, a large lagoon and a recently refurbished swimming pool. In addition to the on-site amenities, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean are all within a leisurely walk or bike ride away.
Shipyard has many amenities in and of its own, including the Shipyard Beach Club which was built 2006. Owners within Shipyard Plantation are able to reserve the Beach Club for their private use through the Shipyard Property Owners Association. |
